I was a bit clueless before walking into Roman Jewelers to look for an engagement ring (save a bit of internet research). Marie was extremely warm, welcoming, and patient. She helped me learn everything I needed to know, and her guidance was invaluable in choosing a perfect ring.Even after my purchase, Marie continues to be as helpful as can be with resizing and other questions.The rest of the staff also seem highly knowledgeable and helpful.Both the owner and her daughter were on site at various times throughout my several visits, and they were friendly and gracious each time.Thank you again!!
This place was amazing. I went here to have my engagement ring sized. The jeweler was on vacation so I couldn't get it done but I would definitely recommend them. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Angela took her time with us and she was great.
I have been looking for a good stylist since I moved to NJ almost a year back & now my search has ended. I decided to try this place after reading good reviews & I couldn't be happier. I had appointment with Stephanie for color & cut. When I reached there- I was greeted right away. I loved the decor - Very elegant. I discussed with Stephanie what i was thinking & she gave me her suggestions. Had my color & hair cut. I was happy with my cut & she suggested one product to try also. BUT REAL JOY was when i came home & my husband said- you look amazing... My co-workers asked me where I got my cut & I received lots of compliments.. I am so thankful that I have found this place. Extremely talented & passionate people with exceptional service. A big shout out to owner Frank for running this salon... I will definitely be back:))
I truly loved my experience at Roman Jewelers! Before the engagement, I mustve went to over a dozen jewelers,and none of them made me feel the way Roman Jewelers did! Impeccable customer service, great location, friendly staff, great ring selections, and stellar quality!My wife is a professional makeup artist in film and television (@daurisatessier), and whenever shes doing makeup on her clients she just loves to floss her bright diamonds! Haha!I highly recommend Roman Jewelers, its an experience like no other, TRUST ME!!!
Super friendly and helpful staff. Got one of our wedding bands here and the process was easy and there were plenty of options to choose from. Perhaps a bit more pricey than most places, but that's for you to shop around and find what you're ok paying.
