I'm giving you 5 stars as 4 1/2 is not possible. We were there for a wedding. Everything was wonderful. We checked in quickly and easily. I left a bag at the desk and we weren't in our room a minute before they called. Can't say enough about the staff. They were attentive and quick. They also put up with my 'dad jokes' with a smile. The room was well decked out. Everything was fresh and clean. Our room had a microwave as well as a full sized ironing board, iron and hair dryer. The restaurant experience was great for our supper the night we arrived. The wedding ceremony and reception on the grounds was nice to see. Not many other places have the facilities in place to do it all within the same building. My only complaint was the length of time the included breakfast items had sat in the warming trays made them unappealing. I could maybe understand if we had arrived at the tail end of the breakfast service, but it ran from 7-10 and we arrived about 8:15. What we ate was what was left in the trays. True, we could have asked for fresh and waited, but someone should have kept an eye on the trays. Other than that it was a great stay and we would go back again anytime.
Had our sons birthday party there. Super clean hotel with really nice amenities. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Wpuld recommend! Nicest hotel in Bridgewater.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Although you need to arrive before 8 am as everyone else tends to arrive shortly after. Pool was definitely better than most Hotels. Good size with slide. Also has an onsite restaurant. Didn't eat there other than the breakfast that comes with the room but prices were reasonable.
We always stay at Bridgewater Best Western location when in the area. Highly recommend this location. Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. All staff are professional, friendly and courteous. The complimentary breakfast offers several choices and is beyond delicious. In our opinion one of the very best places to stay on the South Shore and look forward to our return.
I was there photographing a wedding reception so it wasn't a stay for me. The building was clean and the staff were very friendly. I actually forgot my charger and a spare batter plugged in the wall. When I got home (Halifax), I called them and they went into the reception area to look for it. They found it and kept it at the front desk for my newlywed friends to pick up. Great customer service experience.
